The Annual Meeting of the Danish Mill Corporation was held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at the Elk Horn Town Hall.
In addition to a recap of the year and review of the financial statements, attendees viewed the new video presentation that was produced for welcoming groups and visitors to the Windmill.

Outgoing Secretary Shon Andersen Recognized, New Board and Officers Elected
During the Annual Meeting, outgoing Board Secretary Shon Andersen was presented a certificate in recognition of her six years of service on the Board.
Tami Jacobsen of Kimballton was elected to serve on the Board and will take Shon’s place as Secretary. She served as secretary to the School board prior to her retirement.
Board members and officers elected at the meeting also include, Chris Fredericksen, President, Tony Petersen, Vice President, Tami Jacobsen, Secretary, Joni Griffin, Treasurer, and Directors Andy Anderson, Chad Julesgaard and Tim Andersen.
